After 1st article:
Month03:
a) Week 01: Limit or cut intake of potatoes and other starchy vegetables such as arbi, sweet potato and lady's finger.
b) Week 02: Switch to fatty fish and lean meats. Have fish at least twice a week. Introduce soya if you're vegetarian.
c) Week 03: Increase your fluid intake. Have green tea and herbal tea but try the unsweetened variety.
d) Week 04: Avoid high-calorie fruits such as banana, mango, lichi, chiku. Replace fruit juices with vegetable juice.
Month 04:
a) Week 01:Include all the food groups. Have cereals, pluses, veggies, fruits, dairy, fats and oils.
b) Week 02: Balance "indulgences" with physical activity or by eating less in subsequent meals.
c) Week 03: Eat everything, but in moderation. Remember that no food is good or bad.
d) Week 04: Cook lean by using oil-free tadkas and gravies.
So, that's end. if you have no health complications, you can loss as many as 3-4kg a month!
