DON'T ACT THE 7 ACTIONS BELOW AFTER YOU HAVE A MEAL


* Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).



* Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.




* Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.



* Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

* Don't bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

* Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

* Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

Month03:


a) Week 01: Limit or cut intake of potatoes and other starchy vegetables such as arbi, sweet potato and lady's finger.


b) Week 02: Switch to fatty fish and lean meats. Have fish at least twice a week. Introduce soya if you're vegetarian.

c) Week 03: Increase your fluid intake. Have green tea and herbal tea but try the unsweetened variety.

d) Week 04: Avoid high-calorie fruits such as banana, mango, lichi, chiku. Replace fruit juices with vegetable juice.


Month 04:


a) Week 01:Include all the food groups. Have cereals, pluses, veggies, fruits, dairy, fats and oils.

b) Week 02: Balance "indulgences" with physical activity or by eating less in subsequent meals.

c) Week 03: Eat everything, but in moderation. Remember that no food is good or bad.

d) Week 04: Cook lean by using oil-free tadkas and gravies.


So, that's end. if you have no health complications, you can loss as many as 3-4kg a month!

WEIGHT LOSS CALENDAR:

Month01:

a) Week 01: Decrease your sugar intake. Cut down on sweets, desserts, sweetened beverages and fruit juices. Replace with non-calorie sweeteners such as stevia, sucralose or diet-drinks.

b) Week 02: Switch to low-fat dairy ( less then one percent) and dairy products. Replacing your daily glass of milk with a cup of curd is a good idea.

c) Week 03: Decrease your salt intake. Cut it a little form your meals. Avoid processed and canned foods. Keep the salt shaker away from the dinning table.

d) Week 04: Decrease calories from refined starches such as refined flour, white bread and white rice. Replace them with wholegrain bread, unpolished rice and whole wheat pasta.

Month02:
a) Week 01: Lower fat intake by cutting down fried foods, confectionary, red meet and gravies.

b) Week 02: Avoid refined oil, ghee and butter and switch to mustard or olive oil wherever possible.

c) Week 03: Includes salads, soups or vegetable juices in all your meals.

d) Week 04: Add fibre in your diet through bran, channa, soya, barley, brown rice, whole wheat bread so on.
